I bought this to light up and hold the iphone as he does he piano zoom class. I found this ring light to be perfect for what I needed. It extends really tall, holds the iphone, has a remote, and is stable. Real easy to set up, just put the poll onto the other polls, twist the knob to tighten it. Make sure the pay attention to the light connection as this was the only thing that got me a bit confused. Admittedly I didn't read the instructions so that was really my fault. But once I got it set everything was perfect. This lights up bright and is dimmable. Best thing is that you can charge the phone with the usb plug on the light fixture part.
