I purchased based on the recommendation of my personal trainer. My husband and I are older and often get cramps and aches. In addition, I recently had a hip replacement and have struggled to get some of the muscles working properly.We both find this very helpful. We use it on ourselves, and bring it to our training sessions for our trainers to work on kinks between sets. The motor is not at all noisy and I have had no trouble with battery life. There are 5 settings for speed, and a separate indicator for pressure (the harder you press the higher the indicator goes). There are multiple heads for hitting different muscle groups or surfaces.My particular issue has been the area where the IT band and quadriceps intersect and this has been a lifeline for me.

It’s hard to review products like this without comparing similar products... well, after purchasing two other massage guns as gifts for Xmas (Flyby F2Pro & Taotronics tt-pca004), and testing them out I can conclude:The FYLINA is still my favorite... it has the most solid construction, very good power, and the best feeling (rubbery) attachments and case.The Taotronics was the lightest and the most quiet (both big pluses for some), and had a decent feel/construction, but was not as powerful as the FYLINA or Flyby. The Flyby had about the same power as the FYLINA, but the construction/quality was nowhere close to FYLINA, and not as good as the Taotronics. I also experienced some weird power issues with the Flyby and it felt the cheapest by far (though, to be fair, it was about $30 cheaper).I would like to try out the top of the line products to see how they compare, but I feel you can’t go wrong with the FYLINA in the $110 price range!

This is more than just a “feeI good” massage gun. I have Piriformis syndrome, which causes pain and swelling so bad that I can’t walk or even stand at times. When I cycle through a hard time, I can use this and stay out of a wheelchair. Or at least shorten the time I might need to be in a wheelchair. That’s huge. My neuromuscular massage therapist owns this same one. He taught me to use this one correctly for self-care between visits to him. I am confident about which attachments to use. The only thing that was a big surprise was learning that setting the speed to a higher number made it smoother, not rougher. I doubt that most people will need a massage therapist to know how to use it at home and which attachment. I have a severe set of problems that worsen as time passes. Arthritis in neck, shoulders, back and hips. I’ve had 2 knee replacements. I’ve learned to buy the best home equipment and know how to use it. This has been a game-changer in my recovery.

I suffer from chronic pain due to several herniated disks in my lower and upper back as well as other pain disorders (fibromyalgia and mayofacial pain syndrome). Practically all my muscles are very tight and I have painful trigger points/knots in my my muscles as well. I would spend a lot of time on the foam roller trying to get some relief but would usually end up in more pain trying to hold myself in different positions on the roller. My brother in law also suffers from muscle pain and tightness and while I was at his home he told me about his recent purchase of a massage gun and then let me try it out and it felt great! After that I had to get one for myself. I ended up purchasing the FYLINA massage gun after looking at reviews and comparing prices. I couldn’t be happier with ny purchase. It is a great tool to help manage muscle pain and tightness. The massager is very powerful when it is set to the highest speed. All the different attachments help treat different parts of my body. It is a great value for the price and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a massage gun.

Purchased this for my mom last Christmas and demoed it first… you know… to make sure it worked. Ended up just keeping that for myself and ordering another for her. She came and kept saying how much she loved it and how it helped her arthritis. Since she cleans houses for a living, this is especially crucial and still mentions it every other time we talk on the phone. Usually because she is using it while we talk after work. I have since purchased a 3rd for my Dad for Father’s Day.My only issue with mine is it times out every now and then. Recently it started doing it about every 3 times and I use it about 20-30 minutes a day. It immediately turns back on fine as of now. Will update if that changes. Currently it has been a game changer and the best investment of 2021.
