I originally gave one star because of the run around I am getting from both companies. I just received "a" replacement; however it is not the same.
Original review:
I ordered this product the Walmart app. The handle is damaged, it will not stay on. I contacted Walmart who put me in contact with Ustar Beauty. But, I contacted the company myself. After giving my order number I was told I was getting a replacement. It's been five business days & I have not received the replacement. Nor have I had any response as to my inquiry as to when it should arrive.
I have looked into getting a refund by returning it, but "SURPRISE" I will not get back the full amount I spent.
