Exactly what you would expect

I recently joined Weight Watchers and I wanted to start taking vitamins as well. I want to try and be healthy and take care of myself. I bought these because I heard apple cider vinegar is supposed to help you loose weight and I can't swallow pills. The taste is ok, just what you would expect from a gummy vitamin. I can't really testify to whether or not they are helping me loose weight (since I'm already loosing with ww) but I would like to think they are.
